Society is mainly engaged in education to the children from the families belonging to economically weaker section and backward class of the society. Parents of these children are mostly laborers who live in slums, and are not able to get their children admitted in public schools or even in Govt. run schools due to poverty and illiteracy, so we are educating dropout children and non school going children under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Project Delhi and running special training centers for them.

We are running mobile free allopathic dispensary and providing medical services to those labours working on constructions sites.
We are also organizing health awareness camps, free eye check-up camps for serving the poor in the areas deprived of medical facilities. Kirandeep organization is also working for disable people, people suffering from T.B., Leprosy, Cancer and organizing health awareness meetings in slums and villages.

Environment Protection Programmes are organized by the society for slum dwellers and people living in Villages. We are also working for the students of Govt. schools to spread awareness about Environment Protection.

We are providing food processing and food preservation training to the women of slums and villages. Vocational Training programs are organized by the organization for youth and ladies belonging to below poverty line and general people. Services like sewing, dance & computer training centers.

AIDS Day. UNAIDS took the leads on campaigning for world AIDS day fr its creation until 2004.

Every year we are organizing Career Counselling Programmes for youth (Male & Female) so that they can become self dependent. One time fund received from Ministry of Youth Affairs, Govt. of India.
